Booking and Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure a reservation, a valid credit card or advance payment is required. Payment must be settled in full prior to or upon arrival, unless otherwise specified in writing. Any additional charges incurred for services not included in the initial booking will be billed accordingly.
Cancellation and Modification
Guests must adhere to the specified time frame for cancellations or modifications to avoid penalties. Failure to cancel within the stipulated period may result in charges equivalent to the full booking amount. Non-refundable rates are subject to the full booking amount, irrespective of cancellation or modification.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, India.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time commences from 2:00 pm onwards, and check-out time is by 10:00 am. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present valid identification and a credit card upon check-in for security purposes.
Occupancy and Visitors
The maximum occupancy for each apartment is as stated in the booking confirmation. Additional guests may be accommodated upon prior approval and payment of supplementary charges. All visitors must register at reception and comply with the company’s policies and regulations.
Security and Liability
Guests are responsible for the security and safety of their personal belongings throughout their stay. The company shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained on its premises. Any damages caused to the apartment or its contents by the guest or their visitors will be charged accordingly.
Conduct and Compliance
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the peace and privacy of other residents and complies with local laws and regulations. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, including apartments and common areas. Pets are generally not allowed unless otherwise specified in writing and subject to additional terms and conditions.
Amenities and Services
While the company endeavors to provide all advertised amenities and services, it reserves the right to modify or withdraw them without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to promptly report any issues or requests to reception for assistance.
Privacy and Data Protection
The company respects the privacy of its guests and adheres to applicable data protection laws. Personal information provided by guests will be used solely for reservation management purposes and may be shared with third-party service providers as necessary.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, or labor disputes.
By making a reservation with Copper11, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the reservation without refund and additional charges incurred.
