Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of reservation, the length of stay, and other factors. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

Cancellation Charges

The applicable cancellation charges will depend on the notice period before the intended check-in date:

  • If the cancellation notice is received 14 days or more prior to the check-in date, there will be no cancellation fee, and your full deposit will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation notice is received between 7 to 14 days before the check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount will apply.
  • For cancellations made within 7days of the check-in date or in case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions

Exceptions to our refund policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you are entitled to a refund under such circumstances.
